Wine background
Made using all of the politically correct techniques, including 'wild' (naturally occurring) malolactic fermentation, lees contact and minimal filtration.
Light to medium yellow-green; melon, stone fruit, citrus and mineral aromas intermingle with subtle oak on the bouquet; the palate has exceptional mouthfeel and weight, almost glossy, yet not heavy nor hot. A lovely, fruit-driven wine.
