It's a strange world when it's necessary to say a Semillon is unwooded, for this is the case with the vast majority. However, in the absence of oak, it is necessary to be patient. |
Light to medium green-yellow; the bouquet is clean, still not particularly aromatic, but with very correct grassy/earthy varietal character. The palate has moderately good length, well balanced, and with some herbaceous grip. Will continue improving with further cellaring. |
