Summary:
Rod and Dianne Keller purchased their four-hectare vineyard in June 1999; it had been planted in 1981 on the red volcanic soils of the far-southern side of the valley which stretch from Wandin to Warburton. Prior to their acquisition of the vineyard, the grapes had been sold to other Yarra Valley winemakers, but the Kellers immediately set about having their own wine made from the estate. The cellar door offers spectacular views across the Upper Yarra Valley to Mount Donna Buang and Warburton, and bed and breakfast accommodation is planned for 2001. The wines are sold chiefly through cellar door and mailing list, with limited restaurant listings.
