Summary:
One way or another, I have intersected with the Hunter Valley in general and Lindemans in particular for over 45 years. It is now but a shadow of its former self, no longer made in the Lower Hunter, its once mighty Semillon a mere shadow of its former self. However, the refurbished historic Ben Ean winery (while no longer making wine) is a must-see for the wine tourist.
