Summary:
An unusual outlet, offering its own-label wines made under contract by Trevor Drayton, together with the wines of Lake's Folly, Peacock Hill and Pothana, and with cheap varietal 'cleanskins'. Wine quality under the Pokolbin Estate label has been very modest, although the 1997 Hunter Riesling (perversely, true Riesling, not Semillon) won a silver medal and was the top-pointed wine in its class at the 1997 Hunter Valley Wine Show. No recent news.
